Roku Zero

Issue

How might we brand a non-alcoholic alternative to Roku Gin for Gen Z, who will have the largest number of non-alcohol drinkers?

Insight

Non-alcohol drinkers often don’t feel equally represented in drinking environments.

Idea

We designed Roku Zero in an inverted hexagonal bottle, inspired by Roku’s iconic hexagonal shape.

The only way to stack these bottles, is together, and side by side, giving equal visibility to both drinkers.

The most efficient way to stack the Roku and Roku Zero bottles is side by side on pub shelves, giving both equal visibility and drinkers easy choice between the two.

The Roku Zero bottle is an inverted hexagon, maintaining the iconic six-sided form of the original Roku bottle, but with a twist.

The inverted hexagonal shape is also reflected in the label design.
